By accessing or using ResumeProApp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ResumeProApp is an online resume-building platform that provides the following features and services:

• Resume Templates: A library of professionally designed resume templates that users can customize with their personal and professional information.
• AI-Powered Suggestions: Intelligent content recommendations and writing assistance powered by artificial intelligence to help users create compelling resumes.
• ATS Score Checking: An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compatibility checker that analyzes resumes and provides optimization suggestions to improve pass rates through automated screening systems.
• Cover Letter Generation: AI-assisted cover letter creation tools to complement your resume with tailored cover letters.
• PDF Download: The ability to download completed resumes and cover letters in PDF format.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify us immediately at support@resumeproapp.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect such.

ResumeProApp offers both free and paid plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the following terms:

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

4.2 One-Time Payments

All plan purchases on ResumeProApp are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Once your plan validity period expires, you will need to purchase a new plan to continue accessing premium features.

4.3 Plan Validity Periods

Each plan has a specific validity period starting from the date of purchase:

Each plan includes a specified number of resume and cover letter downloads. Once the download limit is reached or the validity period expires (whichever occurs first), access to premium download features will cease.

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service, refunds are governed by the following policy:

• No refunds once downloads are used: If you have downloaded any resume or cover letter using your paid plan, you are not eligible for a refund, as the service has been substantially delivered.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or process a refund at our discretion.
• Refund requests for unused plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

"User Content" refers to all information, data, text, and other materials that you submit, upload, or input into the Service, including but not limited to your personal details, work experience, education, skills, and any other resume or cover letter content.

You retain full ownership of your User Content. ResumeProApp does not claim any ownership rights over the content you create using our Service. Your resumes, cover letters, and all associated personal information remain your property.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party, and that it does not contain any false or misleading information intended to defraud.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, extract data from, or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.
• Share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide your account credentials to any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive resumes or cover letters.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Service without our express written permission.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service.

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by ResumeProApp and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Resume Templates: All template designs, layouts, and visual elements are the exclusive property of ResumeProApp. While you may use these templates to create your personal resumes, you may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the template designs themselves.
• AI Features: The algorithms, models, and AI-powered features (including content suggestions, ATS checking, and cover letter generation) are proprietary to ResumeProApp.
• Branding: The ResumeProApp name, logo, taglines, and all related branding elements are trademarks of ResumeProApp. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
• Software: The platform's source code, architecture, and technical implementation are proprietary and confidential.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Service or its intellectual property, except for the limited license to use the Service as described herein.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, ResumeProApp does not warrant or guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the use of the Service (including ATS scores, AI suggestions, and resume content) will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose.
• The use of the Service will result in job interviews, job offers, or any specific employment outcome.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RESUMEPRO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

ResumeProApp's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ResumeProApp in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• We reasonably believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or ResumeProApp.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period of time.
• We are required to do so by law or a governmental authority.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused portion of a paid plan will not be refunded upon voluntary account termination.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that the transmission of data over the internet is not entirely secure, and while we implement commercially reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the Service.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
